Entries now open for the 2024 Sunshine Coast Wootha Prize
Proudly sponsored by Sunshine Coast Council and hosted by Barung Landcare, the Sunshine Coast Wootha Prize is a prestigeous woodworking competition which forms the feature exhibition at the Maleny Wood Expo.
With a first prize of $10,000, entries are now open for the 2024 Sunshine Coast Wootha Prize. Applications close at midnight March 22, 2024.

The Maleny Wood Expo Program
The Maleny Wood Expo offers a diverse program of activities, workshops, exhibits, demonstrations and educational talks. There is something for everyone! The 2024 program will be announced soon.
The Wood Expo has everything timber, from native tree seedlings, mobile milling and slabs to furniture and sculpture, hand-crafted products by furniture-makers, toy-makers, musical instrument-makers and box-makers, whittlers and carvers, and demonstrations by chainsaw, woodworking tool and equipment experts.
