Volunteer

The Maleny Wood Expo would not be possible without the generous support of its dedicated volunteers.

Every year hundreds of volunteers join the Wood Expo experience for a whole lot of fun, excitement and great memories!

We support an inclusive, creative and supportive working environment with a range of volunteering options to suit a range of needs and abilities.

VOLUNTEERING IN 2024

Across 3 days, as well as in the lead up to, and after the Wood Expo, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of roles and responsibilities. 

Areas in need of support will be released in late 2023 and January/early February 2024.

In order to volunteer with us, you must:

• Complete a registration form
• Attend a volunteer orientation and safety induction
• Commit to a set role and roster
• Be reliable and responsible
• Display professionalism, maturity and excellent customer service at all times
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of the Wood Expo
