This website (“our website”) is owned and operated by Barung Landcare Association Inc, which is referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in this Internet Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use by us of personal information you may supply to us through our website and online registration forms.

We review our Privacy Policy periodically and we reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time.  Changes to our Privacy Policy that may affect users will be noted on our website.

This Privacy Policy is:

(b) subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (the “Act”) and Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Act.

We do not make any representations about third party websites that may be linked to our website.
